Friday, 7:30 - 11:30 a.m.; Offices closed to visitors on Fridays.
BCEC staff will answer the phone and respond to Live Chat messages during regular office hours. Our 24-hr. dispatch will answer phones outside regular office hours. All parties are trained to make sure your needs are addressed.

SmartHub- You have 24/7 remote access to your account via SmartHub. This free app provides members complete access to their BCEC accounts. You can view your usage, billing and payment history, and submit questions or service requests to us whether you access SmartHub through our website or by downloading and using the app on your smart phone or tablet. You will need to have your BCEC account number handy to get started. Please call us if you need help with that.
