All three BCEC offices are open Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 - 11:30 a.m. Offices closed to visitors on Fridays.
Vendors and salespersons will be seen by appointment only.
BCEC staff will answer the phone and respond to Live Chat messages during regular office hours, and our 24-hr. dispatch will answer phones outside of regular office hours. All parties are trained to make sure your needs are addressed.
Live Chat – Visit bigcountry.coop to live chat with one of our helpful Member Account Representatives during BCEC office hours. Look for the icon at the bottom right corner of your screen when you access our homepage.
SmartHub – This free app provides members complete access to their BCEC accounts 24/7. You can view your usage, billing and payment history, and submit questions or service requests to us whether you access SmartHub through our website or by downloading and using the app on your smart phone or tablet. You will need to have your BCEC account number handy to get started – please call us if you need help with that.
BCEC is thankful to be part of an area that wholeheartedly works to take care of others, and we vow to continue doing our part to serve our members and communities. We will continue to monitor the Covid-19 conditions in our service area and may adjust office hours and procedures as necessary to protect and accommodate our employees.
